Due to the custom ordering, material costs, and intensive weight logistics required to prepare real concrete statues, all ticket sales are strictly non-refundable once purchased. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a friend or pick up your blank concrete statue and starter supply kit at a later date. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
